Austria: 3,50 € / delivery time: 1-3 working days (tracking number included)

Standard shipping Europe 5,90 € / delivery time: 5-10 working days (no tracking number included)

Fast shipping Europe: 6,90 € / delivery time: 3-5 working days (no tracking number included)

Fast shipping Europe + Tracking number: 9,90 € (tracking number included)

USA: 15 € / delivery time: up to 20 working days (tracking number included)

All the packages are shipped by the Austrian post. 

As all the jewelry pieces are carefully made by hand, I need 3-6 working days of preparation time to get your order ready for shipping. Please understand that I have no influence on the transport process of your order from the moment of delivery. If the package has not arrived until two weeks after the indicated time, please send an e-mail to solilunastore@gmail.com. I will do my best to see how I can help you :) 

 

RETURNS

I hope you are satisfied with your order. If you are not, you can exchange or return/recall your purchased item.

TERMS OF RETURN

• The right of return/exchange is only valid for unworn and faultless articles.
• Please note that personalized jewelry/special designs cannot be returned.
• Earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
• Please send the jewelry back to me in its original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If you do not have the original packaging anymore, please make sure that you use a suitable packaging to protect the jewelry from transport damages.
• Since my jewelry label is still very small and is still in the starting blocks, I can unfortunately not take over the return costs for you. You would have to bear these yourself.

MATERIALS

Metals

All pieces of jewellery are made of high quality gold vermeil, gold filled and 925 sterling silver components. We take great care to use only high quality and long lasting jewelry materials, which are of course nickel-free! Most of the gold and silver components we use are recycled - please read the description of the jewelry pieces for further information.

 

Gold Filled 

Gold Filled jewelry is made by wrapping layers of solid gold (14K, 12K, or 18K) sheets around a base metal (usually brass). Unlike gold plated jewelry, gold filled jewelry actually has a measurable amount of gold in it, the gold layer is much thicket. This process of layering solid gold sheets makes jewelry that does not tarnish, peel, chip or discolor. If your gold filled jewelry has ever changed color at all its usually just because of dirt build up and can be cleaned with a damp cloth. It is also super skin friendly and won't cause any allergic reactions on sensitive skin due to the thick layer of gold.

Gold Vermeil

Gold vermeil is made from a base metal that is 925 Sterling Silver - here you can be sure your piece is of really high quality. A thick layer of gold is then coated over the base metal. This may sound similar to gold plated jewelry, but in fact gold vermeil jewelry has a much thicker layer of gold. Gold vermeil pieces are made to last, which means they are less likely to fade or tarnish. If your gold vermeil jewelry has ever changed color at all it is usually just because of dirt and can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Gold vermeil jewelry is also super skin friendly and won't cause any allergic reactions on sensitive skin due to the thick layer of gold.

Pearls

For the jewellery pieces, I try to use thrifted vintage pearl necklaces as often as possible, which i rework to new, shimmery jewelry pieces. Sometimes, also genuine, high-quality pearls from the South China Sea are used. The pearl farm from which I obtain the pearls is a family business and is characterized by years of experience in pearl farming.

The special thing about pearls is that each one is unique by its shape and color - no two pearls are alike. This makes your piece of jewellery so beautifully unique!

 

Shells

As I do not want to support cruelty to animals in any way, I only use shells that have grown naturally in the sea and have been collected by hand on the beach, or second hand ones from old necklaces. The shells are then cleaned, drilled and cut by hand with the Dremel before I turn them into a beautiful piece of jewellery.

 

Packaging

I do my best to keep the packaging as plastic-free as possible. Therefore the envelopes and jewelry packaging are made of recycled paper, grass paper and organic cotton and are certified as eco-friendly.
